Payment
Payment is made before the session begins. Cash is the standard form of payment. I do not accept Venmo or other electronic payments.

Cancellations
I require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at the full rate.

Each family is permitted up to six cancellations per calendar year. After six cancellations, all canceled sessions are charged at the full rate, regardless of notice.

Scheduling
Sessions may be scheduled as needed, based on availability. However, availability is limited, and most students reserve a consistent weekly time slot to ensure continuity and guaranteed placement.
