Payment
Payment is due prior to each session. Cash is the standard form of payment. Electronic payments platforms are not accepted.

Cancellations
I require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at the full rate.

Each family may cancel up to six sessions per calendar year. Additional cancellations are billed at the full rate, regardless of notice.

Scheduling
Sessions may be scheduled as needed, based on availability. Because availability is limited, most families reserve a consistent weekly time slot to ensure continuity and guaranteed placement.
